Çocuk Meclisi, çocukların düşüncelerini özgürce ifade edebildiği, kent yaşamına dair fikirlerini paylaşabildiği ve karar süreçlerine katılım bilinci kazandığı demokratik bir oluşumdur. Çocuk haklarını, eşit katılımı, yaratıcılığı ve ortak yaşam kültürünü önemseyen meclis; çocukların sosyal, kültürel ve eğitsel gelişimlerine katkı sunacak çalışmalar üretmeyi amaçlar. Böylece çocukların yalnızca geleceğin değil, bugünün de aktif bireyleri olduğu anlayışını güçlendirmeyi hedefler.

Youth Assembly; It carries out studies to support the active, democratic and effective participation of young people in urban life and to make their thoughts, needs and suggestions visible. It aims to strengthen the awareness of solidarity, volunteerism, productivity and common life while encouraging young people to have a say in social, cultural, educational, environmental and sports fields. Youth Assembly; It aims to develop projects, activities and solution proposals that will contribute to young people taking an active role in the present and future of the city by building a bridge between young people and local governments, non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders.

Women's Council; It carries out studies to support women's equal, free and active participation in all areas of social life. It aims to strengthen women's participation in social, economic, cultural and public life, raise rights-based awareness and grow the culture of solidarity. Women's Council; It aims to develop solution-oriented projects, events and studies in cooperation with local governments, non-governmental organizations and relevant stakeholders by making women's problems, needs and suggestions visible.

Disabled Assembly; It carries out studies to support the equal, accessible, independent and active participation of disabled individuals in all areas of social life. With a rights-based approach, it aims to raise awareness on accessibility, equal opportunity, social inclusion and improving the quality of life. Disabled Council; It aims to develop projects, activities and solution suggestions for a more accessible, inclusive and barrier-free urban life in cooperation with local governments, non-governmental organizations, experts and relevant institutions by making the needs, problems and suggestions of disabled individuals visible.

The Tradesmen Working Group aims to contribute to the strengthening of the local economy by addressing the problems, needs and suggestions of the tradesmen operating in Çeşme on a common ground. The group prioritizes solidarity, cooperation and sustainable development; It carries out studies to strengthen the role of tradesmen in urban life, develop solution-oriented suggestions and support local trade to achieve a healthier structure.

Fisheries and Agricultural Development Working Group; It carries out studies to protect, develop and make sustainable our district's agricultural production potential and values ​​in the field of aquaculture. It aims to support local producers, strengthen rural development, conscious use of natural resources, increase efficiency and quality in production and encourage projects that will contribute to regional development. The group aims to contribute to the local economy and social welfare by increasing cooperation between producers, cooperatives, experts and relevant institutions.

Urban Planning and Urban Aesthetics Working Group; It aims to contribute to the development of the city in a healthy, orderly, livable and identity way. The group, which supports the concept of planned urbanization, carries out studies to protect and strengthen urban aesthetics by taking into account natural, historical and cultural values. Increasing the quality of public spaces, encouraging architectural harmony, improving environmental regulations and developing proposals that will increase the quality of urban life are among its main goals. The group supports participatory, sustainable and aesthetic-oriented approaches that will contribute to the city vision.

Education Working Group; It aims to contribute to the development of qualified, accessible and inclusive education opportunities for all segments of society. It carries out studies that support access to education for children, youth and adults, respect equal opportunities and embrace the understanding of lifelong learning. Group; It aims to develop projects, activities and solution suggestions for needs in the field of education by strengthening cooperation between schools, non-governmental organizations, public institutions, academics and volunteers.      

Labor and Pensioners Working Group; It aims to contribute to raising awareness about the problems of working life and improving the social, economic and cultural living conditions of retirees. It aims to strengthen social solidarity by carrying out studies that make the rights, needs and expectations of workers and retirees visible. Group; It contributes to a more fair and inclusive urban life by developing projects, events and suggestions in line with active aging, social participation, quality of life, rights-based approach and intergenerational solidarity.

Ecology and Sustainable Wildlife Working Group; It carries out studies to protect natural assets, observe ecological balance and disseminate the understanding of sustainable living. It aims to raise awareness about the climate crisis, biodiversity, protection of vital resources such as water, soil and air, encourage nature-friendly practices and strengthen awareness of environmental responsibility. Group; It aims to develop solutions and projects for a healthier, balanced and livable environment by supporting cooperation between local governments, non-governmental organizations, experts and citizens.

Culture and Arts Working Group; It carries out studies to protect and develop the cultural heritage of the city and to support the meeting of all segments of society with art. Making local values ​​visible, keeping cultural heritage alive, encouraging artistic production and disseminating cultural and artistic activities are among its main goals. Group; It aims to develop projects and events that will contribute to the social and cultural life of the city by strengthening cooperation between artists, cultural producers, non-governmental organizations, educational institutions and citizens.

Sports Working Group; It carries out studies to spread sports culture in society, support access to sports for individuals of all ages and strengthen healthy living awareness. It aims to encourage amateur and professional sports activities, support young people's orientation to sports, and increase social solidarity with the unifying power of sports. Group; It aims to create projects, events and suggestions that will contribute to the sports life of the city by developing cooperation between sports clubs, educational institutions, local governments, non-governmental organizations and citizens.

Animal Rights Commission Working Group; It carries out studies to protect and develop animal rights and raise social awareness on this issue, on the basis of respect for the right to life of all living creatures. It aims to improve the living conditions of stray, domestic and wild animals, prevent rights violations and strengthen the understanding of an animal-friendly city. Group; It aims to develop solution proposals and projects in the fields of care, protection, rehabilitation, adoption and awareness by supporting cooperation between local governments, non-governmental organizations, volunteers, veterinarians and relevant institutions.

Gastronomy Working Group; It carries out studies to protect, promote and develop the city's local culinary culture, production richness and gastronomic values. Its main goals are to record local delicacies, keep traditional recipes alive, support local producers and strengthen gastronomy as a cultural and economic value. Group; It aims to develop projects, events and suggestions that will make the city's potential in the field of gastronomy visible by increasing cooperation between producers, businesses, chefs, academics, non-governmental organizations and relevant institutions.

Maritime Working Group; It carries out studies to strengthen the city's historical, economic, cultural and social ties with the sea, and to protect and develop its maritime potential. Its main goals include disseminating marine culture, conscious and sustainable use of marine resources, protecting coastal life, maritime safety and increasing maritime awareness. Group; It aims to develop projects, events and solution proposals that will contribute to the city in the field of maritime by supporting cooperation between fishermen, sailors, relevant institutions, non-governmental organizations, experts and citizens.

Historical Values ​​and Museology Working Group; It carries out studies to protect, promote and transfer the historical, cultural and archaeological heritage of the city to future generations. Strengthening local historical awareness, recording, protecting and making visible tangible and intangible cultural heritage are among its main objectives. Group; It aims to protect the memory of the city by supporting exhibition, documentation, archiving and education-oriented works that develop the understanding of museology. It develops projects and suggestions that will contribute to the survival of historical values ​​by strengthening cooperation between academics, researchers, local governments, non-governmental organizations and citizens.

The Tourism Working Group carries out studies to protect and develop the tourism potential of Çeşme and to carry the city's natural, cultural and social values ​​into the future with a sustainable approach. Group; It aims to produce suggestions that evaluate the needs of the tourism sector, strengthen cooperation among local stakeholders and contribute to the development of Çeşme with a qualified, balanced and participatory tourism approach.
